Below Minnehaha Falls, located in Southern Minneapolis, runs a wonderful stretch of Minnehaha Creek.  The first of a handful of bridge crossings marks one of my favorite spots to come relax.  In the summer, you will often find children (and adults) playing in a small pool just below.  This shot was taken at a 2 second exposure in early March, just as the spring waters were starting to melt.
